Why We Took On the Whole Job
Most remodels that go wrong do not fail on craftsmanship. They fail in the gaps: the tile setter shows up before the drywall is finished, the painter waits a week for trim, and the homeowner spends lunch breaks on the phone trying to line everyone up.
We close those gaps by taking the entire job under one contract. We write an itemized scope, set the order the trades work in and stay responsible for every handoff. When something changes, it is written down and signed before anyone builds it.

Four Commitments in Every Contract
-
One company answers
If tile cracks because the subfloor flexed, you do not have to work out which trade caused it. We hired them, we scheduled them and we answer for the result.
-
Prices you can read
The estimate lists tasks and materials in plain language with a cost beside each, so you can compare options and decide where the money goes before signing.
-
Changes in writing
Added work and hidden problems become written change orders with the price shown. Work on them begins only after you have read and signed the order.
-
A protected home
Floors along the work path are covered, dust walls go up around the room and debris leaves daily, so dust and clutter stay out of the rooms you use.
